Jeff Moffatt- Managing Partner
Jeff Moffatt grew up surrounded by the sights and sounds of construction. He is third generation of a family whose roots run deep in the real estate and construction industry. His experience and portfolio of work includes both commercial and residential construction and development. Jeff posesses an innate ability to interpret client requirements and transform concepts into successfully completed projects. He has worked with a diverse range of clients including Canada Post, Rogers, and H&R Block to meet their real estate and construction needs. He is a multi-dimensional professional who brings a unique range of depth, scope and creativity to his work.
Don Wight- Managing Parter
Don Wight has over 20 years of experience as a construction professional and active member of the Ottawa business community. He has worked on and successfully delivered a multitude of profile commercial, retail and residential projects in the Ottawa area on behalf of clients including Adobe, Bell, SunLife and Sakto Corporation. As President of Barbican Construction, Don earned a reputation as a leader capable of handling complex projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams of construction professionals. His portfolio of work demonstrates a consistent commitment to client satisfaction, quality, teamwork and collaboration.
Rob Moffatt- Chief Financial Officer
Rob Moffatt is a Chartered Accountant and a business professional with extensive experience in the construction, real estate and the property development industry. In additon to his leadership and advisory role with SpaceWerx, he is a parter in the Ottawa accounting firm Moffatt-Lebel and The Moffatt Group of Companies. A graduate of Carleton University, Rob began his career with Deloitte where he earned his CA designation.
